My name is Maks Lavrov - owner of Maximus Homes. I’ve spent all of my adult life in Spokane, WA. Being raised by my immigrant parents, I was able to learn the meaning of hard work from a hard working and dedicated father. I spent my teenage years learning from him and helping him make his way in a new country, staying involved with him as far back as I can remember in all kinds of construction work. After I graduated from school, I went a different route and became an EMT. Having worked in medicine for 10 years, I decided to return to my roots and opened up my contracting company -Precision General Contracting- in 2017. Originally beginning my business under the Precision General Contracting name, I finally made the change to Maximus Homes in 2024. I still remain the owner of the company, and besides the name change, everything else remains the same. Maximus Homes will continue to build dream custom homes for you and your family for years to come!

As a young man in the construction industry, I learned how to build homes by doing every aspect of the build myself. From trenching and excavating, to finish and painting, I have done it all. Having experience in all aspects of custom home construction in the Spokane area and keeping up to date with the ever-changing building sciences helps me provide a superior product for my customer without cutting corners. With an eye for perfection, my goal is to create a unique home for you that I can put my name on!
